Booking & Pricing
Private Plating has a $1,000 minimum booking for Canapé Experiences, Shared Feasts, Three-Course Feasts and Private Degustations. This minimum does not apply to Romantic Dinner ($650 per couple) or Indulgent Romantic Dinner ($850 per couple).
Advertised per-person prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the experience, guest count, menu and any travel, premium ingredient or bespoke requirements.
Weekend dates can fill quickly, particularly during Christmas and summer. Early booking is recommended.
A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received and the booking terms have been accepted.
Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the booking agreement supplied before payment.

The Experience
Your experience is tailored to the occasion and may include menu planning, ingredients, private chef preparation, restaurant-style service and clean-down of the cooking and preparation areas.
Yes. Every menu is tailored around your occasion, preferences, guests and dietary requirements.
Yes. Please share dietary requirements during planning so the menu can be designed accordingly.
Yes. We source and bring the ingredients required for your agreed menu unless otherwise specified in the quote.
Yes. The cooking and preparation areas used by the chef are cleaned before departure.
Locations & Events
Private Plating primarily services Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Destination events may also be available.
Usually, provided the property permits external chefs and events. The client should confirm property rules.
Yes. Private Plating can cater executive dinners, networking events, client entertainment, team events and Christmas functions.
